The UK Government has announced that from 4:00am on Sunday 8th of August: Austria, Germany, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia will move to the travel Green List.
All travellers arriving to England from a Green List destination will not need to quarantine.
To qualify travellers must:
·        Take a PCR or Antigen test before departure.
Also on the 8th of August: Bahrain, India, Qatar and The United Arab Emirates will move to the Amber List.
All travellers arriving to England from a Amber List destination, who have been fully vaccinated in:
·        The UK by the NHS
·        The EU or Switzerland with a vaccine authorised by the EMA.
·        The USA with a vaccine authorised by the FDA.
Will not need to quarantine.
All travellers are however required to complete a pre-departure PCR or Antigen test, alongside a PCR test on or before day 2 after arrival. They must also complete a passenger locator form before arrival in England.
Some of the popular destinations featuring on the Amber List are Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Italy, Montenegro, Russia, Spain & Thailand.
