COVID SAFE AIRCRAFT CHARTER
TRAVEL WITH CONFIDENCE
Whether you’re flying a short sector in a private jet, long haul in a VIP airliner, or being repatriated in large group, Oxygen Aviation’s dedication to our customer care always remains at the highest possible standard.
Working with our industry partners and associations, we have implemented measures that maximise passenger protection and reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
We are confident that all the operators we chose to work with, including the airport staff and aircraft crew, are following these guidelines wherever operationally possible.
To give you an insight into the precautions being taken, we have put together this step by step guide, from booking to post-flight:
1. BEFORE THE FLIGHT
Leading up to your flight we will be hard at work ensuring any required documentation is completed, this will reduce any waiting time ahead of take off.
Where possible, customs and immigration will be cleared in advance, and should there be an unavoidable delay you will be advised immediately, giving you the option to postpone your arrival to the terminal.

2. CLEANING THE AIRCRAFT & CREW HYGIENE PRACTICES
Before you board the aircraft, a specialist team will perform an extensive deep clean of the cabin, following the IATA Medical Advisory Group’s cleaning and disinfection procedures.
After each passenger flight the cabin is cleaned and sealed prior to the arrival of the next set of passengers.
3. CREW HEALTH
Leading up to your flight the crew will have been tested frequently for both the antibody and COVID-19 virus.
Your crew will have avoided airline travel as much as operationally possible and engage in strict social distancing when off-duty.
4. DURING AND POST FLIGHT
Once onboard it will be your choice if you wish to remove your face covering. If it is your preference, we can also arrange self-service catering options.
After landing you will be escorted straight to your onward transportation, to minimise interactions with airport staff.
If any of your flight crew test positive or show symptoms of COVID-19 within two weeks of your flight, we will contact you immediately.
