AN UPDATED ARTICLE (25.06.2021) IS NOW AVAILABLE

UK GOVERNMENT CONFIRMS INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL WILL RESUME 17 MAY 2021.

WHICH COUNTRIES ARE ON THE GREEN LIST?

Following last weeks government announcement, confirming that international travel will resume from May 17th, we have seen a sharp increase in bookings to Portugal.

Now is the time to secure your aircraft, before high demand eliminates availability.

To protect the UK’s successful vaccine roll out, travel destinations have been split into three risk groups, Red, Amber, and Green, each with their own testing and quarantine requirements for returning passengers.

Green List:

Travellers returning from a country on the Green list will not need to quarantine, and will only be required to take one COVID test upon their return.

Currently on the list are:

Portugal, Gibraltar, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Brunei, Iceland, The Faroe Islands, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, St Helena, Ascension Islands, Tristan da Cunha.

Portugal plans to welcome UK tourists who have had a recent negative test, have recovered from the virus and therefore have antibodies, or have had both doses of a vaccine.

Gibraltar will not require UK visitors to have been tested or vaccinated.

Israel will initially reopen its border on 23rd of May to only those who have had both jabs of the vaccine.

Entry to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Brunei and the Faroe Islands is still currently restricted.
