LGA does not offer customs services.  Private aviation can be welcomed but has no priority. This airport can be used for VIP airliners and has a runway size of 2.1 km.

Westchester County Airport (HPN)
Westchester County Airport, also known as “White Plains Airport,” is an airport situated just over 30 miles from Manhattan and in close proximity to parts of Connecticut.
